The low learning outcomes of students on the material "My Region My Pride" indicates the need for more interesting and easy-to-understand learning media. This study aims to develop Regional Puzzle media (PUZDA) and determine its feasibility and effectiveness in learning in elementary schools. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects of the study were 22 fifth-grade students of Karangmojo Public Elementary School. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires, and tests, then analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The validation results showed that the PUZDA media obtained a feasibility level of 90% from material experts and 93% from media experts with a very feasible category. In small-scale trials, the average pretest was 44 and posttest was 84 with an N-Gain of 0.719 (high category). On a large scale, the average pretest was 47 and posttest was 86 with an N-Gain of 0.726 (high category). Thus, PUZDA media is declared suitable and effective for use in learning.
